Refund Policy

• Dance Confident Shop has a no refund policy
• Tights cannot be exchanged

Exchange Policy

• Full price items may be exchanged for the exact item in a different size
• All items must be unworn to exchange
  • Tights cannot be exchanged
• Item(s) must be in original package with tags attached
• Item(s) may be exchanged three weeks from pick-up date
• Item(s) may not be exchanged two weeks after pick-up date
• Sale items are final sale

Exchange Procedure - Must be three weeks from pick up date

Please note - Dance Confident Shop is separate from GUS®
• GUS® employees/faculty cannot accept any exchanges at drop-off or pick-up.
